Updated Guest House in Beaufort Historic District--Walkable to Front Street!

  • Cozy, private, redecorated guest cottage just three blocks from Front Street! The former studio footprint of the cottage was expanded in 2024 to add a twin-bedded bedroom! Clean and modern with a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. The cottage sleeps two in twin beds under a vaulted ceiling. The kitchenette contains a sink, microwave, under-counter fridge, K-cup coffee maker and toaster oven. The house has its own porch so you can sit in the rockers and enjoy the lovely, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants on the waterfront. Located behind the owner's house. For the comfort of our guests, this is a strictly nonsmoking property. No pets allowed.

The perfect spot for a weekend getaway to Beaufort! Clean, comfortable, and quiet space. Very conveniently located and walkable to all of the shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very responsive.

Nice place with easy access to downtown and the main artery to Morehead. Just what I needed for a long weekend to stay for my son’s baseball tournament. Place was clean and check out was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Another great stay at this adorable cottage. Quiet, safe, and comfortable beds. Walkable to waterfront and downtown restaurants and shops. A gem in Beaufort!

Property is in a great location to enjoy downtown Beaufort. And it was nice to have offstreet parking. Everything was as advertised and our stay in Beaufort was delightful.

Great little property that is not too far from downtown. We didn’t bring coffee cups, which would have been a nice touch instead of paper ones. The step down from the cottage should be highlighted so there isn’t a misstep. Otherwise, the cottage was nice, clean and had great air conditioner. I would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay in the guesthouse. Easily accessible, super clean, and walking distance to all the charms of Beaufort.
