"Don't be put off by the lack of curb appeal, the apartment attached to the main home is situated at the back and has a spectacular view of the valley. The sunrise was stunning. The unit was spotlessly clean. It looked newly constructed and had a cute cottage vibe. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was suitably equipped, the bathroom had a full laundry attached. Tons of hot water, and filtered drinking water at the sink. The host was very accommodating to a change in date and check in was super...

"We were in Kentville for u15AAA Atlantic Baseball…it was around 4 minutes to the field. Great location for that!"

"We stayed here for a week in the Fall and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts, Shirley/Jack/Cooper are amazing (Don't tell Jack, but Cooper was our favorite) they made sure we had every thing needed to be comfortable and were extremely welcoming. The views from the bedroom are breath taking, especially on a stormy Fall evening. The community of Margaretsville is incredibly picturesque with no shortage of views and history. I highly recommend them for a quiet getaway."

"Dolphin’s Rest is perfectly situated on the Bay of Fundy in Halls Harbour. We only spent one night but it was a much needed oasis for a family of five after 3 nights in hotel rooms in Halifax. Three of the bedrooms had water views. We wandered the low tide beach, spread out and relaxed. Perfect view. Perfect house. "

"Everything was amazing, I just wish we could have stayed for at least 2 nights. This was the best accommodation on our entire 2week holiday. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise (and delicious), they had all kinds of extra treats and wonderful attention to details. I wished our next place in Chester was as nice - no comparison."

"Stayed here for a wedding. The door lock was a little finicky at times and the place was a little musty smelling/not as clean as we would have liked. But otherwise our stay was fine. Communication from the host was good."
