"The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. "This bungalow at Village West Marina and Resort was just perfect. The deck on Fourteen Slough was great to watch and listen to all kinds of birds and wildlife. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well supplied. It was a pleasant stroll through the marina to the restaurants. All in all - we had a great time and will come again!"

"Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years…."

"My family stayed for a long weekend. We love the location- being able to walk to the science museum, bookstore, restaurants, park were all amazing! There was a charger a block away where we were able to top off our car before heading home. The house itself is very comfortable and clearly a lot of thought and care have gone into making it welcoming for visitors. Our hostess, Lisa, was friendly & accommodating. "We celebrated a birthday with friends and family at Stone River Retreat and enjoyed every minute. Del was super friendly and helpful with everything. The property is gorgeous and one can tell that he put lots of thought and love into shaping the space. It's definitely not a generic vacation home. We especially loved the archery area, the sauna and kayaking on the river."

"The house was very nice. It worked out for our group who was in town for a sports tournament, and it was great for our dog with a large, fully fenced yard. The neighborhood is very nice to walk through and there is a great bakery about two blocks away that we walked to every morning. The only drawback there was that there tends to be a fair amount of loud traffic, IE big diesel pickups so if you are a very light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs. But it was definitely not an all night long...
