"If you are staying for 2 days it’s probably a 4/5 but when staying for 4 days the breakfast is okay (low selection) the room doesn’t get restocked (no replacement cups) and in general the staff are moderately helpful. We weren’t offered transit passes when we first arrived only found out about the, later. The pillows are terrible (crushed foam) and bed sheets are okay. The bathroom is very small and the door didn’t close very well ( had to pull shut). In general if you were staying for 1-2...

The cleanliness was impeccable and our room with the loft was absolutely beautiful with views out over the city. Both levels in the loft unit had temperature control, which was nice to have for the 2-level space. We would definitely stay here again!"

"one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed, you do need a car as it is 20 minutes from Salzburg, so if you are touring with car rental perfect place. The lake setting with breakfast included in the stunning dining room is incredible. not cheap but you get what you pay for."
