"Super disorganized "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hostel. It's not intended to be a fancy place and I simply needed a place with a good bed, heat and hot water; it was exactly what I was looking for. They do have a well-appointed common area that I didn't use. I was out early every morning chasing wildlife images and returned late every evening. The room didn't have a television and this didn't bother me one bit. Internet service in my room was excellent. It's a great place to stay. I won't hesitate to book another room...

"Rentals right across the back lawn with ski in, ski out access and a free ski valet (tips encouraged!) The staff was amazing and very accommodating even though the elevator was out. The hot tub and soaking pool were great, but note to families with children regarding the hot tub: 18 & over. Osteria is a fantastic restaurant and is on site. Note to mention you have other fantastic options nearby for dining, apres and souvenirs. We’ll be back and more Tram please! "

"The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. But our room was effectively in the basement of the building. The windows opened to a wall. It was very dark. If you stay here make sure you do not get a room on what they call their first floor."

"The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The a/c does have a continuous fan mode which is nice for noise and stiring the air during the night. One minor issue is there are no electrical outlets next to one side of the bed. The lobby does close at night so you cant cut through lobby to get to room. Over all a nice hotel in easy walking distance to the square."

"The people who work at The Cloudveil have the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. It was unlike anything I have ever seen in hospitality, and my partner and I are both well traveled both internationally and within the US. They surprised us with hand written notes in our room with wax seals, and with local treats. They...

"Overall the stay was decent for a quick overnight stay. Our room had some wear that needs addressed, as well as a strong chemical odor. Bathroom is incredible. Has a washer and dryer in the room. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Great location to the downtown area, all walkable. They offer a 24/7 shuttle to the airport for a fee. 7/10 overall. Most likely wouldn't stay again for the higher pricing vs amenities and room issues."
