I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. "Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!"

We were the only guests in the lobby, and the girl at the front desk (who was incapable of eye contact) initially said she could not find our (pre-paid) reservation, then said they were full - and after almost 30 minutes, finally got the maintenence man to show her how to check us in. Negatives (in order of encounter): Police were on premises, choked from smoke in the hallway, light switches were appearantly not hooked to anything, 9ft windows with 6ft curtains and security light shining directly in which allowed me to see the couch with half the upholstery missing, 1/3 of sleeping area carpet had a squishing sound from A/C condensate. I did not stay so I don't know how long the yelling and loud music...
