"We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. "The hotel was new. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great. On site parking was convenient but very expensive at $50, but I guess that’s city pricing. "
