"I stayed in a suite at the Beekman Tower NYC for a week. The exterior brickwork, architecture, & rooftop are great as was the easy, early check-in; the Midtown East area was very enjoyable and walkable, BUT the inside of the hotel is not well maintained. Housekeeping was nowhere to be seen during my stay, not once. "This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am."
