"It was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was supposed to have 2 beds and sleep 3 and we had one bed.
Also there was construction the entire time I mean a rotohammer every day. Sometimes directly above our room, other times near are room.
When I asked about it asked to move rooms, they lied and said it was outside on another building. When I pointed out the construction crew in our elevator, they said it was not one of their rooms, which was another lie because they owned the floors...

"Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment.
No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!!
Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen.
Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...

"The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in."
