"Nice property conveniently located, clean and with several pools and pickleball which we love! Drawbacks were the lack of elevators for hauling all of our luggage and supplies upstairs. Our unit also had a long steep staircase up to the primary (only) bedroom. People with mobility issues could struggle in this unit. There were bathrooms on both levels, which was nice. "This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen.
