Great location, in room heat pump. Rooms and hotel decor was fun. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Included cappuccino and croissant room service every morning. Over a great start and looking forward to coming back

EVERYTHING about this hotel was excellent!! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The hotel room is beautiful and spacious, all of the staff is super accommodating and gracious!!! I strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location on the Plateau (where hotels are limited) and the highlight was the super friendly staff, particular Adam who made us feel really welcome the entire time. Comfortable bed and clean rooms, we didn't have a chance to try the restaurant but will have to wait for next time.

Hotel Kutuma is a great place to stay with easy access to all of Montreal. We loved the well appointed and furnished room, but what really makes the place special is the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure we had a great stay. Their Ethiopian restaurant on the first floor is also awesome.

It’s not the Marriott but that’s not we wanted. Family owned very attentive service. Awesome location on St Denis with tons of restaurants and things to do out the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This hotel is beautiful! Our room was impeccable, and the decor was absolutely stunning. The service was amazing, and the location was super convenient. If you are driving, just park in front of the hotel, and they will park the car for you. When you are ready in the morning, simply call reception, and they will bring coffee and a delicious croissant to your room. The restaurant that is part of the hotel is highly recommended. The Ethiopian food is absolutely delicious!

This is a small luxury boutique hotel that goes beyond expectations to be kind, helpful, and hospitable. Each client is treated so incredibly well that you will leave feeling excited for your return.

I would highly recommend Hotel Kutuma! The hospitality is amazing and the rooms are extremely comfortable with fantastic amenities. The adjoining restaurant is a bonus. The food is amazing. The location is one block off the metro and highly walkable/accessible to Plateau Mont Royal and Mile End. I look forward to visiting this hotel again.

Everything went great. There’s no elevator for upper floors. The staff helps with luggage but it’s good to be mindful if you have accessiblity needs

Room was nice and looked luxurious. Was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. However, there's no parking and are left to either use a nearby parking lot or valet service for a fee.

Thank you, Hotel Kutuma for making my stay in Montréal better than ever. I felt welcome from arrival to departure. The service was excellent. Adam was very professional and went above and beyond. Housekeeping kept the room clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the mornings sitting out on the front patio sipping my tea. It was the perfect location to use as a home base while exploring Montréal. It is centrally located and situated minutes away from the metro. I highly recommend Hotel Kutuma and hope to return soon!
