We invite you to our warm and bright two-bedroom apartment not far from the shore of the St. Lawrence and the wonderful Parc Des Rapides.

This apartment is newly renovated up to date with IKEA kitchen cabinets, an Italian shower, a 2-in-1 washer-dryer, a relaxation area and 2 balconies (front and back), two large 12'x11' bedrooms and a bathroom. open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Internet, Apple TV and all amenities are included for a wonderful stay in comfort.

This beautiful apartment is located in the Bronx district in Ville Lasalle. It is close to all amenities, one block from the superb Parc Des Rapides, rue Centrale and a Bixi bike station. It is also 6 minutes from Lasalle Hospital, 14 minutes by bike from Angrignon or Jolicoeur Metro. Buses 58, 109, 110 and 112 pass nearby in the direction of De L'église, Angrignon and Jolicoeur metro stations. Only 20 minutes from Montreal Pierre-Elliot Trudeau airport.

Nous vous invitons à notre chaleureux et lumineux appartement à deux chambres non loin de la rive du St-Laurent et le merveilleux Parc Des Rapides.

Cet appartement est nouvellement rénové au goût du jour avec des armoires de cuisine IKEA, une douche italienne, une laveuse-sécheuse 2 en 1, un coin détente et 2 balcons (avant et arrière), deux grandes chambres de 12’x11’ et l’espace cuisine/salle à manger/salon ouverte. Internet, Apple TV et toutes les commodités sont incluses pour un magnifique séjour dans le confort.

Ce bel appartement se situe dans le quartier du Bronx dans Ville Lasalle. Il est proche de toutes les commodités, à un coin de rue du superbe Parc Des Rapides, de la rue Centrale et d'une station de vélos Bixi. Il est aussi à 6 minutes de l'hôpital Lasalle, à 14 minutes en vélo du Métro Angrignon ou Jolicoeur. Les bus 58, 109, 110 et 112 passes à proximité en direction des métros De L'église, Angrignon et Jolicoeur. Seulement à 20 minutes de l'aéroport Montréal Pierre-Elliot Trudeau.

As advertised on VRBO site. Clean unit. Kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dining area, 2 bedrooms. Apple TV. Very close to Rapids Park to enjoy a nice walk with a coffee or tea. Free street parking out front. Arnold was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great property for wanting to be outside the city. It is one block away from the beautiful Lachine Rapids. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One piece of advice that we learned during our stay (and it may very well be on the listing and I just missed it)... the on-street parking is great, but note the street signs on both sides of the roads for specific times you cannot park on one side.

Great area

We spent 3 nights here, great place close to the River, walking distance. Quaint neighbourhood and the place is an older place with updates. Very quiet area!! We were comfortable and having a kitchen is so much better than a hotel room. Arnold was great at communication.

Fantastic accomodations

We had the best time in Montreal and this apartment was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and was very cozy. Our host was very helpful and the check in process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again. Great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. 10/10!

Delightful neighborhood, away from the city but close enough. Terrific Italian restaurant within walking distance, Riventino Very fun park and rapids a few steps away. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only comment is the bedrooms needed a mirror Our stay was fabulous! Thank you!

Long weekend in Montreal

We had a great stay at the apartment. All was as described, and it's a quiet area. Parking was easy and it's a quick drive to the Metro, which we used to get to downtown. The location close to the river with a great park.

Charming apartment in a nice neighborhood close to everything. The hosts were awesome and did a great job with amenities, nicely renovated older home, perfect size for 3 or 4 people. Parking was great, plentiful, nearby and safe. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Cozy, Clean Getaway Home!

We were amazed at the extremely clean, organized, beautiful, cozy home. All the kitchen appliances, cutleries, and bowls/dishes were very complete. The wifi and TV were both working fine. The washroom products were fully replenished and provided. Nice artwork and decor. It felt quite homey!! Arnold/Rachel were wonderful and very quick at replying and providing detailed info before the check-in time. Thank you for both of your hospitality! It was a very enjoyable stay.

A Gem in Lasalle

We had a great stay at this little gem! It was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. We loved the location, very close to a beautiful walkway along the river and lots of parking adjacent the unit so never had to worry about that. Arnold was a great host who was very attentive and wanted to ensure a good stay. We highly recommend!

Lovely Place

This property was just as nice as the pictures. The rooms were larger than I thought. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and very clean. As soon as we stepped in there was a lovely aroma. It was definitely worth the cost. Very well located between LaSalle and Verdun. Quiet and walkable neighborhood with close proximity to the beautiful waterfront.

Great Location Cozy Apartment

All was as described. The kitchen had most everything you would need to cook simple meals while away from home. There were also several nice touches, like tissue boxes and extra (available) cleaning supplies. The host was clear in communication and the stay was hassle free! This is the best RVBO that my husband and I have stayed in in Montreal. It’s very clean, very quiet, renovated and decorated to perfection and an ideal location to visit our family. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nice apartment in La Salle

House is nice and clean, 20 Min driving from the centre of Montreal, parking outside is free. All facilities are available. Only problem is with the number of beds. House is rented for 6 people, we were 5, and my son had to sleep on an inflatable mattress on the corridor in front of our room. Not a big problem for us but I believe it should be mentioned in the description. Overall a good experience.
