Our apartment-hotel, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for groups of all sizes, whether you're travelling for business or a wedding. The apartment-hotel is located in the lively Little Italy neighborhood, just steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained building.
Our apartment-hotel is equipped with 16 studios, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We also provide free wifi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.
You will be in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just a few steps away.
We are also located just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.
In order to comply with local regulations, we require guests to sign a residential contract, complete identity verification, and submit a Damage Waiver ($25) or Security Deposit ($500) after the booking is confirmed.

Exceeded expectations

This property was absolutely perfect for our large group of 26. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything you might need. One pleasant surprised was that each of the couches was actually also a pull-out bed so no one needed to share beds if the didn't want to. We travel as a large group pretty frequently and wish this was the housing experience we had in every city. We highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood was great. Extremely walkable and a great home base for our weekend adventures. Denstays was very responsive and attentive. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.
