"I will most definitely be booking again"

"We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. "

"A beautiful cabin and a responsive, helpful host. One thing I do want to call out is that the listing's callout that you should have AWD/4WD is somewhat underselling the challenge of a few of the hills and turns. It's a 1.6 mile, single lane gravel road to the property, with two sharp downhill (or uphill, when leaving) turns. The quality of one of the hills in particular has a lot of deep grooves, probably from people going up it in wetter weather, that can make navigating a little challenging....

"Great location for historic sites or Shenandoah national park. Host is very responsive, great spot with plenty to keep you busy when you've finished for the day. Great set of games, pool, ping pong, puzzles, arcade games, snacks, coffee. Enjoyed the stay and will be back if we're in the area."

"This was an amazing, private getaway for us. We loved the ease of everything from arrival to departure. We will definitely be returning!"

"One (probably the smallest) of several lodgings on the property. Overall, a pretty cool place to stay. The whole unit has a subtle sway to rock you to sleep. Personally, I loved it. We stayed in 90 degree weather and the A/C was a LIFESAVER. My only real complaint was one of the other guests in the castle kept leaving the common kitchen a bit messy. Thinking about coming back and trying the hobbit house. We pretty much kept to ourselves, but there are plenty of common areas to hang out."

"The Natchez was great! Exactly as it was described online. Comfortable with all amenities. It was a great location for nearby wineries we visited over 2.5 days. Well appointed kitchen and toiletries too. Definitely will be back and would recommend to others! Cheers."

"The house and location were beautiful! Listening to the cows on the morning walks was just so qaint. We saw many deers! The host was very responsive and just a true pleasure to work with. She made our accommodation requests happen to make for a great trip. The lake access was great for getting on the kayaks or fishing off the pier. 10000% would recommend this location for summer vacations with family!"

"Property was in excellent condition and very clean.Owner did a great job of communicating how to utilize the features of the house. Very close to shopping and amenities. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Enjoyed everything about this place! Spectacularly clean. Comfy beds. Great gathering spaces indoors and out. Close to everything in the region. Fabulous evenings at the fire pit after grilled dinners in the deck. Completely hassle free entry. Everything works. Exactly as pictured/described !!"

"We loved this property! It exceed our expectations. The house was huge and had plenty of space for our whole group. The dock was amazing. We enjoyed the game room and poker table downstairs. The owners added a lot of nice touches such as having storage at the dock, the paddle boards, and adding handrails on the stairs to the dock. Our only suggestion was to clean the one coffee maker upstairs as it had some mold in it and the master bathroom shower could have been cleaned a little better (mold...

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Keswick over Labor Day weekend. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing — we loved dining at the table outside and spending evenings around the fire pit. The location was also ideal for exploring the area; we enjoyed visiting Monticello and Carter Mountain Orchard during our trip. A peaceful, comfortable getaway that made our holiday weekend truly special!"
