We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough positive things about it!! We had an Oceanside room. It was spotless clean. The staff was SO friendly — especially the bellboys who drive you around the resort. Food was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here ...

Rooms were clean, air conditioners were very effective, wash rooms were neat. We were on the upper level hence had to carry luggage but as were travelling light it was fine.

We were pleasantly surprised to find it had a roof top terrace, as well as an upper game room. The grounds were pretty, pools were very nice and one was even heated. Appreciated the private beach.
