"The location was perfect for visiting the lovely town of Busto Arsizio, and catching a morning train to Malpensa. The room was fine. We had brought water with us, so didn't take theirs. But after paying a lot for the room, it did seem cheap that they would charge extra for drinking water!"

"Room itself was nice. Nothing too flashy, but clean and well taken care of, but the highlight was the service, staff, and restaurant. As soon as we got in we were able to check in right away and they took care of a shuttle to the airport as well as a dinner reservation at the restaurant immediately. Even provided us the option of them putting together a to go bag for breakfast since we were going to be leaving before breakfast hours started. They had it ready for us as we left dinner before...

"Hotel shuttle took much longer to arrive than what was told to the Sheraton staff. The driver took a smoke break which aggravated me since I had to stand in rain waiting. My phone call would not go through. I called the states asking if they could get through and I got the same number as the website. The hotel is located down back roads in an industrial area; definitely not a place to sit or walk outside. Check-in was time consuming due to staff appearing to be too lean. The room was acceptable."

"I made a reservation because the hotel offered an airport shuttle service. However, since the vehicle only accommodated six or seven passengers, it couldn't transport many guests to the airport. In the end, our group of four had to call a regular taxi early in the morning and pay 70 euros to get to the airport."

"They never explain the shuttle service for next day needs to be done since the check in and without booking they will not give you this service and also does not work every 30 min its every hour"

"De kamer was prima, badkamer gedateerd, het ligt als een motel, niet t mooiste uitzicht, lees geen uitzicht. Receptie was vriendelijk. Diner was goed. Ontbijt was verschrikkelijk. Kleine ruimte, jus dorange was water met smaakje, en de spek en ei dreven in t vet. Brood was niet vers en het ontbijtbuffet zag er ontploft uit, niet bijgehouden. Medewerkers waren niet vriendelijk, keken de hele tijd nors. Koffie smaakte niet goed. Snap niet waarom dit hotel 4 sterren kreeg."
