"Great size for three adults. The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. The host was very quick to reply to a question on check in day. We would stay here again. One item to note for those with asthma/allergies - there is a no smoking sign posted, but it does appear that other previous guests haven't honored this request. There is a lingering smoke smell indoors. The home was nicely cleaned, but this is a difficult smell to get rid of. "

"Surprisingly spacious house that is central to all the places we needed to be. Enjoyed having a backyard and more privacy than we typically have at local hotels in Quincy. This little gem has all the items needed to feel at home and cozy during your stay! Laura G. was very quick to respond to my newbie questions with kindness. "Once a year my BF and I get our families together somewhere between our cities and chill for a long weekend. We are usually looking for something of a Big Chill house (movie reference). In that, we scored with Penny's home in Quincy. Her home is truly beautiful and was designed for entertaining. The entire property can be seen from two sitting areas plus an screen room facing the woods and Quincy Bay. The kitchen was massive and had everything we needed. "The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only complaint was traffic noise which starts early in the morning, but it quieted down at bedtime. Great visit…we would stay again! "

"This beautiful, clean, modern cabin was set in such a wonderful, secluded, peaceful location. If you are looking for a unique & quiet place to decompress and get away from the busyness of life, this is your place. Gorgeous countryside. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit at night and listening to the cows, horses, owls, coyotes, and birds."

"The cabin rental was a great stay. Had some connection problems with the t.v. couldn't get past the check out date. The wifi was easy to hook up. The cabin was clean and smelled fresh. Did have some problems with ants on the countertop. Great place to stay, enjoyed our visit."

"First off, the host was all about meeting me there and pester me about when I would be there to get the key. No lockbox or anything like that. I had to work to late to meet him so he left the key anyway after a 1:45 minutes long voicemail at work and multiple texts. I get there after a long hard day and the place is 84 degrees. Air is set to 58 but it is 84 degrees. Call host said he had air on all night and day and I said peace out. I worked all day in the heat that is why I paid for a...
