"What a great time! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The cabins were easily accessible and very clean. Alex made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. "The house itself was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately the pool was unuseable, which we wete not told. But over all our stay was wonderful. We loved sitting on the decks and seeing the deer every night. I will rent from him again"

The major downside was NO Wi-Fi that was a surprise ad never said it had it but in 2025 I guess you just automatically assumed it would have it. "We chose to stay here for a baseball tournament since Marion does not have many hotel choices. It was close to the fields and when our schedule changed the host was able to help us change dates. We will definitely be back. "

"This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience! "

Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power.
