The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool, Mid Wales
Best bed for us on this trip. Also only host to provide a shower cap. A room on the other side of the building would have been excellent but unfortunately we were assigned a room next to the Main Street and had a sleepless night due to the traffic noise.

The Talbot Hotel
Friendly staff providing an excellent welcome. Room was of a high standard & clean. Good choice of evening meal & superb breakfast. Overall an enjoyable visit.

The Radnorshire Arms Hotel
Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with good ensuite facilities at a great price. Hedgehogs View - a hobbit hut that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
We stayed in ‘Hedgehogs View’ for two nights, the location and view were second to none.
