"Location was perfect! I spent more the night before for a higher ranked hotel in sketchy area. I consider this hotel to be a true 5 star. The restaurant recommendation, I would have never found. The kitchen closed late and we arrived when kitchens in the area were closing. It was memorable with my teenage daughter. I will never stay anywhere else if in DC. Beds were amazing! Thank you! "

"Fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room. Pluses: bathtub is excellent. Full size fridge was great. Local dining was fantastic. Diversity of people and cultures. Minuses: for a new hotel should have USB charging ports. Window shades do not keep out morning light. Should have room darkening shades. Should be a king bed, not queen. These minuses are minor. This is a must-stay destination. "

"Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! "

"This property is amazing. Let me count the ways:1. Location!! You can’t do better whether you are in D.C. for business, at Georgetown for University based needs or at George Washington. Everything is located within walking distance. TONS of restaurants and retail right outside the door, yet just off the busy streets enough to be so peaceful and quiet.2.
