Great location on the lake and near a lot of good restaurants. The area felt very safe with 24hr guarded entrance gate and a security vehicle monitoring. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and quiet. We will definitely be back

We rented this particular place for the bridesmaids to stay the weekend for my daughter‘s wedding which took place nearby. The ladies reported that it was a very cute place. They said the beds were comfortable and it was a very clean. There was music playing when they walked in and they had a few snacks/treats for them. :) All were very comfortable there. Communication was great and the security/access is taken very seriously at this property. it was a very busy weekend and they didn’t have time to enjoy the lake or other property amenities. Maybe next time!

Super welcoming! Several small touches that made the stay cozy and welcoming. We were in town to go to the Texas A&M game on Saturday. The location was super convenient to restaurants and convenience stores.The community was very clean and safe. We highly recommend.

Lovely property and pet-friendly! Online photos were accurate and condo was spacious and clean. But the best part was the communication with the host Kelly, she was so helpful when we were having issues with the guards at the gate. She had our issues solved within minutes! Stellar hosts!!

The location was perfect for what we needed and the kids had a blast. Kelly was super communicative and even got the kids snacks and had a personalized welcome sign with our names, the property is a bit older but they have done a great job reasonably updating it. Definitely will book again!

We are from Pennsylvania and stayed at this condo while visiting with family in the Willis/Conroe area. The condo was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed available. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again.

More than a host

Kelly was an incredibly considerate host. She was willing to work with me on an early check-in if the condo was available. She makes everything so special for each guest/group that she makes it feel like more than just a place to lay your head but your home away from home. She's easy to contact and way to work with. The condo is too cute and accommodates a large group comfortably! There's plenty of seating and sleeping without feeling like you're on top of each other. 10/10 for me!

Wonderful Stay by the Lake

During a stressful week for our family, we stayed at the April Sound condo which couldn't have been more relaxing and comfortable. Communication provided by the host was exceptional. They were beyond accommodating and so kind. The condo is located in a very peaceful setting, while just minutes away you can find great restaurant options on Lake Conroe. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location.
