Game room and bar downstairs. Massive Gold Sim in garage for 2026. Great TVs and Sonos speakers with a massive TV in basement to watch movies! Close to the village of Montgomery, Winding Hills, City Winery, Wallkill Bethel, Angry Orchard and the Hudson Valley. Perfect place to rent for Winding Hills Weddings. Tesla/EV Charger.

Over 5000 square feet of space, 5 bedrooms upstairs and one on main floor. 5 king size beds, 1 queen with fantastic bedding, 2-Twin XL beds in basement, multiple types of pillows, and featuring tuft & needle or Brooklyn Bedding mattresses for a great nights slumber. 6 quiet acres backs to winding hills state park and across park for winding hills wedding venue. Easy to get to and private. The house is stocked with all things needed for a nice trip including a pack and play and high chair for little ones. We also have 4 bikes available to use, hot tub and bbq grill. Amazing high end kitchen with lots of space to entertain.

A couple minutes from The Village of Montgomery, 10 minutes to Angry Orchard. 24 mins to legoLand, 19 minutes to Wallkill Bethel, 50 minutes to Patterson, 49 minutes to Warwick, 51 minutes to Ramapo, 22 minutes to Newburgh Assembly Hall.

Plenty of parking up an elevated driveway. Large 2 car garage available for covered parking.

If you are attending a wedding at Winding Hills or City Winery, we are right around the corner and a perfect spot to stay. We are also less than 20 minutes from Audreys Farmhouse in Wallkill which is a nice wedding venue.

A couple minutes from The Village of Montgomery, 10 minutes to Angry Orchard. 22 mins to LegoLand, 19 minutes to Wallkill Bethel, 50 minutes to Patterson, 49 minutes to Warwick, 51 minutes to Ramapo, 22 minutes to Newburgh Assembly Hall. 27 minutes to Fishkill.
No Smoking or Vaping inside the property. No parties. Family type gatherings are fine.
We ask to remove shoes when inside. There is a mud room inside the garage side door if needed.
Bikes are available to ride around. Please use caution when riding and use at your own risk. We have a boat and camper on trailer and both are off limits.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. anything additional will need to be provided by the renter.

Family and I stayed only one night. The house was well-designed, clean, and comfortable. It has really pretty views of the surrounding areas. Location is quiet, private, and peaceful. We had an amazing stay at this 6-bedroom home! It was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for multiple couples and incredibly family-friendly. The house is thoughtfully laid out and comfortably fit everyone without ever feeling crowded.Highlights included the huge hot tub — a favorite for relaxing in the evenings — and the spacious, well-stocked kitchen that made cooking for a group easy and enjoyable. We loved the primary bedroom’s bathroom — it felt like a luxury spa and we couldn’t stop talking about it!There was more than enough parking for all of our cars, and the location was ideal — close to local attractions but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Loved the fire pit and hot tub!

Huge home with plenty of bathrooms for 10 people. The fire pit and hot tub were a hit. I didn't think we'd need the washer and dryer, but we used them several times. We also loved the option of having a chef cook for our tired group one evening, and the price was very reasonable. We'd stay here again.

The property is sensational. The house has everything that you would need for enjoyment of all ages. My forty year old son said this place is “Sick”. Sick meaning absolutely awesome! Great property to rent for a large family or several couples weekend.

Family time

We had a lovely stay with 13 family members ranging in age from 8 to 82. The home is spacious, grounds are private and there was something for everyone. There is a suitable bedroom and bath for folks with mobility issues but all other bedrooms involve a flight of stairs. Nice experience.

Awesome

This amazing home has room for several couples or any large family and friends gathering. The grounds are beautiful and the view is spectacular. Home is fitted with everything you need and the hot water heaters keeps up despite many showers. The surrounding towns and villages are great for food or shopping. Even though you feel you are out in the cpuntry you can still have wonderful food delivered.

Best Place to stay- five stars and beyond!

OUTSTANDING location! The views are incredible! Great outdoor area for a bonfire and family time! Hot tub! Grill! Not to mention the rooms are perfection with attention to detail. There is even a family room with a baby bed and play pen which was perfect for my daughter and her little family. The owners of the property answered our questions 24/7 and were always very gracious and kind. Constantly asking if we needed anything to make our stay better. The restrooms had towels with all kinds of shampoos and lotions. The master restroom is incredible! The views to the outside from the family room and kitchen always had us smiling. I would stay here again! We enjoyed our son's graduation from West Point with a bang! I highly recommend this place. Super grateful to have had this beautiful experience. Luxe Living: Gourmet Breakfasts, Hot Tub Galaxies, and Game Night Glory!

Our stay at this massive mansion was downright fantastic. The kitchen was a chef's dream, and a welcoming bottle of wine set the tone perfectly. The hot tub was surprisingly spacious, and the game room had something for everyone. Poker nights and bar hangouts were a hit, and we even hosted darts and ping pong tournaments. The bedrooms were roomy, beds comfy, and the bathrooms met all our needs. This place deserves more than five stars, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommend!
