"It would be 5 stars across the board if they were all done with renovations, but the room was nice, the staff was fantastic the breakfast was good, the coffee machines were always ready to go. It was in a walkable area. About a half mile from the metro station and had a bus stop right in front of the building."

"Absolutely disgusting place. From the moment we arrived, it felt unsafe and sketchy people hanging around, cars with people sleeping inside, and the entire parking lot smelled like smoke and weed. There’s no real lobby, just a run-down, poorly maintained property that reeks of a horrible, unbearable smell. The staff was completely useless and unprofessional. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was filthy stained sheets, dirty walls, and even marks from smashed bugs/roaches. The smell...

"The room assigned to us is clean and organized. Slidding wood door need to get fix. Its hard and no handle. Hard to push. Room is NOT quiet. You can hear neighbors noise, loud stumps when guests walk on the upper floor especially when there are kids. Its annoying and i was not able to rest enought my 7 nights stay. The breakfast easily run out fast. The staff are friendly. The muslim receptionist is friendly and always smile. The self laundry is a huge help . They have gym but i did not use it....

"The menu had no bread items thevstation was not well maintained between guest. Food all on counter. Only apples and waffles cereal milk. Tge tgree days night we had no room service for towels or garbage removal. It was so loud at night from yelling outside folks on a saturday night. The otger two nights noisy buy did settled by 12am. Refrigerator had meat in it when i arrived not clean. "

"The staff was great but the rooms on the lower floors do not get much sunlight. They can be very dark and one suggestion my wife found it really difficult applying her makeup due to the lack of light. Each room should be able to order a makeup mirror from the hotel to make up for the lack of light. Also the pillows were lumpy and not soft. Overall the hotel and room were clean and the staff were all very attentive and helpful."

"Breakfast was not complimentary. We were given a coupon of 10$ each for breakfast. At the restaurant there was only one guy to take the orders and the prepare the food. Had to wait for one hour to get food for 4 people. The automatic blinds were not working. The sheets worked. This caused sleep problems. The parking was 30$ overnight."

"this is the 2nd time we've stayed in the hotel.. the first time it was amazing! this time was somewhat so so.. 1. when i arirved abd checked in i requested extra blankets and pillow, fron desk supposedly wrote down our request.. came back around 8:30pm - no pillows and blanket.. wentdownstairs to the lobby and reuested again.. finally at 11:30 pm when im about to sleep.. big banging on the door.. with room service.. 2. first night was getting a bit warm outside.. so i lower thw thermostat.....
