"We had a great stay at the Cahaba River home. The views were amazing and the property was beautifully decorated. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable during our stay. Would absolutely stay again!"

"I stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. "Super clean rental! Some mentioned a few stains on the carpet, but it is almost white so, I thought it was pretty good considering. The layout is great and it’s in a great location close to tons of shopping and food. Only downsides were the upstairs temperature was warm. Only one thermostat and it was downstairs. It was hard to get it cool up there. Also, the lighting in the bathrooms were pretty bad. It’s difficult to get your makeup done right. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We chose this location because it is dog friendly, close to where our daughter lives, and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was cozy, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. The condo complex itself was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Communication with the rental manager was excellent also. We will most likely rent this condo again in the future."

"We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. "
