A DREAM—A newly renovated, full-floor apartment in the heart of the historic center, measuring 78 square meters, with a 25-meter-long furnished sun terrace overlooking the sea and equipped with a thermal shower. The master bedrooms feature king-size beds, 2 65-inch Smart TVs with satellite and Netflix, air conditioning, and Dyson air purifiers; the bathroom has 2 showers and 2 sinks; there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine; and a living room—all right in the heart of the town’s nightlife, with restaurants, bars, wine bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, boat docks, walking trails, beaches, grocery stores, taxis, ATMs, and parking—all right outside your door!!!! Please note: This apartment is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

We had an amazing stay in Monterosso. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy and we could have spent the entire trip there. The apartment was the perfect home base for our stay. It was clean, provided plenty of room for our family of four, and the rooftop views cannot be beat.Simona was a wonderful host! Great communication. She made recommendations for us and also offered to make dinner reservations.

Loved Our Stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great and in the middle of town. The host was great at responding in a timely manner. The apartment was very clean and fit 6 adults comfortably. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Monterosso, I would recommend the Five Sails!

Everything was perfect! Simona was incredibly responsive and kind and thoughtful! The home was lovely, ready to navigate from the parking garage, and in the center of Monterosso al Mare, close to the market, shops, and pier. I will definitely stay here again! Grazie, Simona!

Hiking Trip

Everything was as expected. The only thing is that we wished we had lighter luggage when we saw all the steps. The location was perfect.

Quick overnight stay-

We were staying in Florence and we wanted to visit Cinque Terre. After looking at the tour options, we decided to do on our own, but that just a day trip would not be enough. We dropped our bags and went out exploring. This place was perfect for what we needed! A clean place to sleep and shower before heading out the next morning. The host was helpful and willing to provide tips and recommendations...even offering to make reservations for us. We didn't have the time for any of this but it was much appreciated. The terrace would have been great if we had more time!! I would recommend!
