  • Apartamento situado en la plaza del casco antiguo en Monterosso, completamente renovado hace unos años. Convenientes debido a que en la plaza se encuentra el carnicero, supermercado, bazar, bar, panadería, restaurantes y pizzerías sólo unos minutos.
    El centro de la playa de Monterosso está a sólo unos minutos.
    El apartamento está equipado con calefacción central por lo que también es posible alquilar en la temporada de invierno.
    Para aquellos que disfrutan de las excursiones se pueden encontrar Monterosso varias rutas panorámicas a la ciudad cercana de cinco tierras.

Fun location in the old town above a delightful family restaurant. No noise leaked into the apartment. Everything you might want within your fingertips.

The location was perfect right at the beginning of town and within good proximity to all! Due to the unusual heatwave it was somewhat uncomfortable (the air worked well in the guest room but not so much in the master bedroom); there is a steep flight of stairs to negotiate upon entering but other than that all was well. The woman that met us was kind and gracious.

Great place!

Andrea has a wonderful property in the heart of Monterosso, it’s a wonderful place to stay to explore cinque Terre - perfect location, great air conditioning, comfortable beds would absolutely stay here again again!

Family friendly and very clean. Great location. The communication with the owner was a bit rough, given the language barrier. We expected to have parking as the listing says, but parking is very limited in the area. We found a random spot, but we weren't sure it was legit, and we weren't sure if the owner really knew uf it was legit. We didn't get a ticket, but we could get it later in the mail...we had to walk down a hill from our parking spot so carrying stuff with us was limited. We took just what we needed for two nights and left everything in the car. If you travel without a car- meaning by train, it might be easier.

Perhaps a 2 minute walk up from the beach and 2 minutes downhill from the pharmacy, which is probably the furthest uphill of anything of relevance to tourists. In the midst of numerous shops, restaurants and other lodging. Great base for our 3 full days in Cinque Terre

Great location right in the heart of the main restaurants and shops. It’s definitely noisy so keep that in mind but totally worth it - no complaints! Attaching photos of the view from our window!

Perfect Home in Beautiful Cinque Terre

My boyfriend and I stayed at this unit in June and loved everything about it. The location was perfect, right above a delicious restaurant. The street was relatively quiet at night, as we were not in the apartment during the day. Monterosso was our favorite stop on the trip and we greatly appreciated Andrea's hospitality. We will stay here again when we return to Italy!

Fantastic, Very central location and attentive hosts. Clean apartment, with all the kitchen items we needed. It is not very soundproof, with lots of noise from the street below and other flats.

Stay in Monterosso

It was an excellent location and our host was very likable and friendly. Unfortunately the trundle bed was not working properly and the property was not the cleanest i have seen. it would be great for a family with children but not 4 adults.

Andrea was a wonderful host. She checked in days before we arrived and arranged for a time to meet at the apartment. The listing was described accurately. There is a Steep set of stairs to access property, which isn’t unexpected in location, but definitely something to be aware of if traveling with someone who might have difficulty with stairs. Wonderful property would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, well-appointed apartment in the heart of old Monterosso

The apartment is comfortable and homey, clean, and with new appliances. It could sleep four easily in two bedrooms, plus a dining room/living room and large kitchen. The location could not be better, in the heart of the old side of Monterosso, in the midst of cafes, bars, and restaurants, but very quiet in the evenings. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, over terrain that is easy enough with a roller bag. Highly recommended.

Two Days in Cinque Terre

The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and air conditioning units. Andrea accommodated an earlier check in for us. You may need to use a translation app since Andrea doesn’t speak English. Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood.

If you are looking for location then it is a 8/10. If you are looking for comfort and cleanliness then it is 1/10. My wife had to clean the toilet when we arrived as there was feces splatter all over the inside, the shower door was falling off, the AC unit in the bedroom had some major pieces falling off the front (we didn’t even want to use it in its shape), the bed mattress was too big for the bed frame so it hung over on each side, the mattress itself was at least 30 years old and one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on (I considered taking a financial hit and leaving and moving places on the first night because of the mattress), the pillows are equally as old and uncomfortable, the bed/pillow sheets were worn out and at least 20 years old, my wife was unsure if the towels provided (both beach and bathroom) were cleaned prior to our arrival, and lastly we didn’t receive wifi instructions until our very last day after requesting it via the Expedia app (as your supposed to do) on our very first day (3 days/nights) and they then told us they would have replied quicker on Whatsapp of which I did not have information for nor did I feel comfortable communicating outside the Expedia app. The location is good, a couple minute walk to the amazing beach…but that’s it. I would visit Monterosso again for sure…just not this place. It needs major updating and attention to detail for these prices. It was a complete let down.

Great location, but that's all you get

Pros: Location in the heart of the old town. Cons: No air conditioning in master bedroom throughout our stay. Host communicated once to say it wouldn't be fixed until we checked out. VRBO attempted to contact the host further and I did too. No response during my stay to my concerns. VRBO offered no support and told me to work with the host - who simply ignored my messages.Master bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Linens and towels old, dingy and rough.

Wonderful location right in the heart of town -- really couldn't be better! Nicely renovated apartment that even includes air conditioning, which was critical during our hot and humid August visit. Parking is a challenge, so be prepared ahead of time; we didn't do our homework and couldn't find the correct spot in time for the taxi, so we ended up parking in the expensive beach lot. Regardless, a classic Italian experience!

Very Nice Apartment - Great Location

My wife and I stayed at Andrea's apt. for two nights in October. Communication with the owner was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is in the heart of Old Town. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train and 10 minutes to the trail that links Monterosso al Mare to Vernazza. The trail was absolutely beautiful, it took us about two hours to complete (a pretty big climb up and then down) and was worth every step. We arrived in Monterosso a little earlier then the check-in time and Andrea made arrangements for getting us in early. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends. Thanks Andrea for all your help.

Great location and convenient!

We were so happy with the location and convenience of the property. A challenging drive to get to the car drop off area, but communication with the owner and personal contact with them made it so much easier. Their English is not wonderful but we could communicate our needs. We were in the old part of the town and loved being there. The 17 step walk up was challenging with the luggage, but doable. The 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen and bathroom were adequate but I felt the bathroom needed a good cleaning as well as the mat. No living room...at the dining room table you could sit and watch TV, but who would want to do that when visiting this town. The restaurant directly below the property is very good but get reservations by emailing. It was a simple process...plus the waitress that looks like Meghan Markle was delightful! The bar across from the property was excellent and fun to speak to the other tourists. We loved Monterosso and the ease of getting around the area!

Perfect Location

Was a great experience. Absolutely perfect for the location and Monterosso experience. The place is old & the power will go out on you frequently if you use the AC but it’s all part of the adventure. You’ll have to carry your bags from the train station through the tunnel to old town (for those of you who haven’t ever been to Monterosso) and up one flight of stairs once you reach the apartment door, but it’s manageable.
