I had a pretty good overall stay here. The location is definitely a big plus—it’s about an 8-minute drive to the aquarium, which made getting around super easy.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very kid-friendly. My 6-year-old had a great time, especially with the pool and hot tub. The pool is open late, which is nice, although it was advertised as heated and didn’t really feel like it. The hot tub was a nice bonus and stayed open until 9pm.
Breakfast was simple but convenient—options included cereal, instant oatmeal, bagels with cream cheese, along with juices, coffee, and tea. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.
That said, this is definitely more of a family-oriented hotel than a quiet or romantic getaway spot. The walls and ceilings are very thin—you can hear just about everything. I heard kids running, doors slamming, people walking around, and even someone using the bathroom early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be a bit of a challenge.
Overall, I would still stay here again because the price was reasonable for what you get, especially if you’re traveling with kids and want something convenient and budget-friendly.
