Torre Monterchi is a splendid villa restored from an ancient watchtower whose origins date back to 1600.
Dominant position on the Tuscan countryside a few km from the town of Monterchi.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, where there is also a swimming pool (12x6, 1.50m deep) with an adjoining Jacuzzi tub
A nice equipped gazebo allows pleasant outdoor breakfasts in front of a beautiful panorama.
Independent villa with 10 sleeps.
On the ground floor there are a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine and toaster, a dining room with table for 10 people, satellite TV, telephone and fireplace (decorative), a reading room with stereo unit.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one of which converts to a twin) with en suite bathroom with shower, two double rooms with en suite bathroom with shower.
In the tower, which can be accessed separately from the rest of the villa, on the ground floor there are a sofa with table and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bed (on request also double) reached through a wooden staircase and a large terrace overlooking the valley.

Transfers to and from airports, excursions, guided tours to the art cities, car/van rental, professional chef for breakfast, lunches, dinners or cooking classes, phone usage, possibility of hunted pheasants, partridges, quails in reserve (reserved guests with a hunting license), fishing opportunities to fly in the section of river north of Sansepolcro, yoga lessons, truffle hunting, olive oil tasting, bike tour.


Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen is changed weekly), welcome buffet, wine tasting in the cellar (to be agreed at the time of booking), excursion with the owner to Valtiberina (to be agreed at the time of booking).
Final cleaning is to be paid on the spot € 200,00.
Extras on request: use of the whirlpool bath on request (need to know before the day of arrival € 350,00 for the whole week to be paid on the spot), air conditioning on request € 0,80 per kw. , central heating 5 euro per cubic metre. Dog Upon request: 100 Euros a week.
On arrival guests must hand over a deposit of € 500,00 which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
