Buyer Beware!! I arrived at thIs hotel Last night only to find it had been closed for over 3 months and that’s despite taking my booking..I did not even receive an e-mail to let me know they would be closed.. absolute disgraceful service and will not be staying there again.. Now I got to chase up my refund...therefore all I can say is buyer beware!!! Sort it out Expedia

moving target

its a great hotel. the morning breakfast was adequate. No seconds. the view of the sea and the town was nice. It was busy. the road noise lasted until 4 in the morning. The only downside was the security bracelet. It basically was a hospital bracelet with the name of the hotel on it. It made me feel self conscious especially since I spent a lot of time on the road away from the hotel.

Horrible

Never again will i stay here i read the reviews but wanted to see for myself. Its nasty dirty no towels nasty beds unkept floors dirty air didn't work in our second room. The first room we was in the air worked but the room was empty because it was being rennovated. I couldn't wait till my two days was up. Im glad i booked toby resort it was so clean and cheaper than Wexford. NEVER AGAIN!

my whole experience with the Wexford Hotel was horrible! Checking was a nightmare and totally unacceptable. Room assigned was un-organized, you've to wait on the bellman to take us to our room. This was done for all arriving guest and it was only one (1) Bellman. It was Sumfest Weekend , so it was crazy busy! the layout of the hotel is crazy, there's no site map. Hence, this is why the bellman have to take you to your room and then hand you the key. The room had no AC, very hot room, we couldn't sleep in the room. There was a balcony and we slept outside on the chair sitting up was the room was so hot, we couldn't stay inside the hotel was full booked. Maintenance came to check and told us it's nothing they can do, until someone check out in the morning which is next day. The entire hotel is dated. The pond in the lobby area is green, which needed to maintained. the property was run down, it looks like noting the pictures online, this is misleading. They should remove those pics. they don't value Expedia booking, it's rated very low. the front clerk said we told them (meaning Expedia) to stop booking and they still sending us booking. we don't have any room for their guest. this is Appalling! With the above experience I am requesting a refund.

Close to beach and other amenities. In need of general upkeep and water bugs in my room. Noise from traffic and night clubs made it difficult to sleep.

The ocean view was spectacular, and it was convenient as it was in close proximity of everything. The surroundings were clean and everyone was friendly. It was extremely hot in the hotel lobby but once you were in your room it was quite cool, thank God for the Air Conditioner.

Not much to do and some of the servers on the breakfast weren't friendly enough and especially to their native return. Front have some great people. Securities are hustlers and pimps. They sell prostitutes

Loved the staff they were really helpful but the property is really in need of some updating and it would be nice if they had the pool cleaned at some point and also some towels You would feel ok about using on your body
