Recently renovated two level, 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms Penthouse located in the most desired and safest gated community in Montego Bay with 4 swimming pools, tennis court and 24 security.
Steps away from various restaurants, shopping, Montego Bay Cruisheship and Yacht Club.
Two waterfront patios, brand new furniture, exquisite finishing and decorations, fully equipped kitchen provide unforgettable vacation experience.
Located on the 3rd and 4th floor (must climb stairs, no elevator).
Bedroom TVs are Smart, no cable. Living room TV is Smart + cable.
The water pressure in this community is not the strongest - it's better not to use all 4 showers at the same time. We have a water pump. You hear the pump working once you turn the water on. However, if power outage occurs, the pump stops working as we don't have a backup generator. Power, internet and water disruptions are not rare in Jamaica. We don't have internet backup, as well as no backup water tank. For water disruption cases we keep bottles of water under the sinks - this water is not for drinking.
We don't have a chef, and don't allow chefs on the property.
Eating and drinking in the beds and bedrooms are strictly prohibited.
According to the community security protocol IDs of all guests and their visitors have to be presented at the gate for records and admission to the property. IDs are recorded electronically and by written registry. Providing the first and last names of yourselves and your guests/visitors in advance is mandatory. This information will be forwarded to the security guard, as non-authorized visitors are not allowed into the complex.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Unapproved late check-outs are $50 USD until noon and $100 USD after noon.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 8 individuals in total at any given time.

Beautiful property with excellent views of the ocean/lagoon! More than enough room for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Safe neighborhood and area of MoBay (never felt unsafe anywhere in Jamaica and we visited Ocho Rios and Negril). Anna was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

The condo worked very well for three couples and two children using the four bedrooms. I really appreciated the responsive communication with the manager/owner for the condo and check-in was extremely easy. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the water from the large deck. Thoughtful touches were included such as board games, travel book, and first aid kit. It is a beautiful place in a lovely neighbour that is well secured for safety. The girls were fortunate to see stingrays sunning themselves in the sea fronting the property. The sunset view over the water from the deck is stunning! I would highly recommend this condo! Only one con: If you are a light sleeper, the music and party from the nearby Secrets/Breathless Resorts is loud - apparently they rotate their speakers regularly throughout the week to share the joy with all the neighbours! It was loud for two of our three nights, but was fine on the third night. Fortunately it doesn’t go late but if you plan to be in bed by 9, it may be a challenge for a light sleeper. Or, just enjoy the party!

My family and I stayed here and it was the best one night stay before leaving Jamaica. The place was extremely comfortable, clean, the bed were very comfy, great location tucked away from the crowded parts of MoBay, the wifi was extremely fast (which my family and I loved!), and the AC was very good (the place cooled down quickly after we turned it on). It was the perfect place before our flight. There was a nice balcony in the top floor master bedroom with a gorgeous view of the sunset. Every room has its own bathroom which my family appreciated. The host is very communicative and answered my questions quickly. Contactless check in (host provided code 24hrs prior to check-in). We're pretty self sufficient so this location was perfect for us. We would have loved to stay an extra day to enjoy the communal area more but this will be our go to place to stay next time we come back to the island.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay at this beautiful villa. Great location, easy check in process, fantastic views. There was no coffee (there is a machine and filters available) so make sure to bring your own, go to the coffee shops nearby, or drink the tea that is available. Otherwise, the unit is fully stocked, and is an ideal place to stay in MoBay!
