Nianna Coral Bay is located in the Rose Hall area in close proximity to the ocean with the world famous Scotchies and other Jamaican restaurants, a gift shop, convenience and liquor store all within walking distance.
There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville, Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners. If you fancy a round of golf the property lies minutes away from 3 internationally rated courses - The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.
The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.
•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house
•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use
•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup
•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle
•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.
•The water heater switch is located in the downstairs closet. The switch is the one on the right. Kindly turn off when not in use.
•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave
•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Date Changes
Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).
Cancellation & Refunds
All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.
All Service bookings are non-refundable.
