A wonderful property. Lovely rooms. Great views. Excellent food. Amazing, attentive staff. Our group of nine could not have asked for more. I highly recommend.

My stay at this villa was truly excellent. The home is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, with every detail designed for comfort. The staff consisting of Rainford the Butler, Miss Bev our chef, Kesha in housekeeping and Gordon our gardener made the experience outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.The sea views are breathtaking from morning to night, and the property feels peaceful and private while still being close to everything you might need. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already thinking about returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Everything about the stay was perfect. While the house was still recovering from the hurricane the host and staff did everything possible to make our trip incredible. Couldn't recommend more!

First of all, the staff was AMAZING. Rainford & the crew took very good care of us. The crew provided world class customer service, above & beyond my expectations. So, thank you Rainford and crew. Transportation is available but prepare to pay, 50 each way of every trip coming and going, total ride, 100, per day. I booked the property in the spring of 2025; things went well with receiving the funds. I didn't hear anything until two weeks prior to check-in from new management when Patricia decided to contact me, after I reached out first with concerns of if this property was still available for me and my family. Well Patricia reached out to let me know that management has change and here's the rules, regulations & demands of your stay. My disappoints of my stay at the property. 1. Lack of communication in a timely manner prior to arrival of new management. The moment management changed, I could have prepared better, and the bar would not have been higher with expectations. New management, drop the ball on communications. 2.The water was cold in showers with very low stream of water coming out in all bathrooms. Again, new management must make certain that the property is fully operational for guess to book. 3.The A/C is only in the bedrooms. New management did not communicate that to me, & we all know that it gets very hot in Jamaica. Patricia failed to communicate. A chef is there, but your best bet is to by your own food when you get there, food is VERY expensive.
