Lavanda is located on the first floor of Villa CaBrandano, a refined country house set in the Marche countryside, which hosts two other holiday apartments. The property enjoys a stunning panoramic view over the valley and offers a relaxing stay while remaining close to historic villages, art cities, and the sea.

It can accommodate up to 5 guests and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with Smart TV.

The living area with Smart TV is a bright and intimate space, perfect for relaxing after a day among the hills or by the pool, reading a book, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine, designed to ensure complete independence and maximum comfort during your stay.

The two bedrooms are cozy and bright, designed to guarantee privacy and rest, while the two bathrooms complete the apartment’s comfort, making it suitable also for families or small groups. A crib for children aged 0–2 can be added upon request.

The shared swimming pool, used by the other apartments of the villa, is surrounded by greenery and offers moments of relaxation among nature, silence, and sunshine, with a beautiful view over the hills.

Katia and the Yohome team are available to suggest authentic local experiences such as handmade pasta courses, sailing trips, and wine tastings at local wineries.

The apartment includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, iron, telephone, washing machine, detergent set, premium bathroom amenities, self check-in, barbecue, and free parking.

Pets are welcome upon request and with a supplement. They must not be left free within the property or in shared garden areas, and are not allowed in the swimming pool.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Villa CaBrandano is located in the heart of Montefeltro, between the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions, in an ideal position to explore historic villages, cultural cities, and nature. Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Pesaro, Italian Capital of Culture 2024, are easily reachable. The area offers hiking and mountain biking trails, medieval villages, and numerous local wineries. The Adriatic coast is about 30 minutes away by car.

GETTING AROUND

The area is best explored by car, which allows easy access to Pesaro (25 minutes), Urbino (40 minutes), Gradara (30 minutes), and San Marino (50 minutes), as well as nearby beaches and natural parks. Local buses connect the area to Pesaro, where trains provide access to major Italian cities such as Bologna, Milan, Rimini, and Ancona. The nearest airports are Rimini (about 55 km) and Ancona (about 85 km), both reachable in around one hour.
