"This Farm is so beautiful! the house is wonderful and spacious and absolutely clean! the décor of the house is beautiful the beds were so soft, this farm is so peaceful and they have the friendliest dogs on the property. "This was a wonderful trip with the family. The tent was such a fun experience. Good to get away from technology but was still able to access it if needed in the lobby. Breakfast burritos and s’mores ever night were something to look forward to. Close to the falls and sand dunes. Having bathrooms and showers were a bonus. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but still overall a great time. Would definitely go back and stay here again. "

"Trisha is one of those hosts who has obviously traveled and brought her travel knowledge to her own rental cabin. A large cabinet holds everything one might need! The bed is super comfy, the dark sky is wonderful, the dogs loved it and she has lots of local information! We'll definitely be back!"

"Tub drain was a bit worn. Otherwise great value for a family of 5. Enjoyed this much more than our hotel stays. The kids could run around (supervised) and made some friends. Great layout in the cabin stocked kitchen so you could actually cook and an apartment sized fridge. It was a home away from home "

"Great home: Clean, comfortable, all necessities provided. Great host: Responsive, reliable, accommodating. Great value: Very reasonable nightly rate especially in comparison to other local rentals. Why would you choose a small cabin on top of other cabins and located next to busy main streets when you could rent this clean 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood? I would definitely stay again if I was in the area"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). Kristen was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay; we’d definitely come back!"

"Property was very spacious and clean,beds were very comfortable. There was a surprising amount of parking for trailers with UTV's. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Door code did not work when we arrived, but a quick phone call to the property manager and we were quickly taken care of. "

It's well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. 12 of us stayed there very comfortably. The river access was such a great feature. We enjoyed our stay so much."

"Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We did not mind the stairs to the apartment, the location is directly in town and we walked to many shops and restaurants. The AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, enough hot water in the shower and kitchen for washing dishes. We found the washer and dryer conveniently located across the hallway. When we next return to the area, we book our stay again at this clean, quiet and convenient location."
