Spacious, rural detached villa with swimming pool

The Villa with large swimming pool stands on 4,000 m2 of private land and is located at the end of a short 'strada bianca' (dirt road). The garden is fenced and contains both an olive and a vineyard and various fruit trees and palms. A large new swimming pool with a magnesium-based cleaning system and a lovely veranda and large terrace offer many opportunities to relax and enjoy in peace.

Ground floor: large veranda, spacious L-shaped living room with fireplace (gas), a modern open kitchen and spacious dining area. Cloakroom, toilet and laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Upstairs a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another large and a small bedroom with a second spacious bathroom. Both these bedrooms have direct access to a large terrace on the 1st floor.

The tranquility is overwhelming and yet it is not isolated, between three picturesque villages. The neighbors Egidio, Marco and Giuseppe always keep an eye on things and are always willing to help if needed.

The villa was modernized in 2015 with new luxurious bathrooms, an open kitchen and new floors (below tiled floors, above wood). In 2018 the old attached barn was converted into a multifunctional space and workshop with its own heating, glass front and doors that open.

We had an amazing time. The villa and pool are great. Everything was as described and shown in the fotos. Nice outdoor furniture at pool and terrace. Egon and Shab are great, easy to reach, very friendly and helpful and quick in getting back. We would come back.

This beautiful property, set in the stunning hills of Le Marche offers space, peacefulness & a taste of true rural Italy. The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool and outside area, a wonderful feature. We will absolutely return to enjoy more of this little peace of paradise.

Das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön, vor allem in Verbindung mit dem Pool. Die Badezimmer sind modern und man hat im Haus alles was man braucht. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 30min. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlauh in der Unterkunft.

Wir sind in Familie (6 Personen) verreist und hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Egon und Shab. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von Beginn an angenehm. Das Highlight des herrlich allein gelegenen Grundstücks war der Pool. Wunderschön!

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wie beschrieben- ein Traum! Der Pool war schön und gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos. Die Infos, die sie im Vorfeld geschickt hatten, waren sehr hilfreich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Schlafzimmer etwas runterkühlen.

Super Location für jeden der Ruhe und Erholung sucht

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Insbesondere der Pool, aber auch die Tischtennisplatte, die von unseren Jungs intensiv gebraucht wurde, waren Spitze. Küche, Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Anwesen war umgeben von traumhaft schönen Sonnenblumenfeldern. Es gab nur einen Wermutstropfen: durch die intensiven Regenfälle im Frühsommer war der Weg zum Haus sehr ausgeschwemmt und es gab reichlich Stechmücken.

Verbesserungswürdiges Landhaus mit schönem Pool in schöner Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist landschaftlich schön gelegen und verfügt über einen schönen Pool. Leider war die Unterkunft bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Wir haben bei Ankunft zunächst intensiv selbst gereinigt und dabei am zweiten Tag für vier Stunden Unterstützung durch eine Reinigungskraft erhalten. Die Unterkunft hat hinsichtlich der Ausstattung einige Mängel. Dabei sind einzelne Mängel wie die schlecht schließenden Fenster oder die sehr lauten, nicht effektiven mobilen Klimageräte substanziell. Auch der Garten hätte mehr Pflege verdient. Die Gegend ist wie gesagt landschaftlich sehr schön, aber touristisch nicht sehr erschlossen.

Ruhiger Traumurlaub

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Rapagnano verbracht.Das Ferienhaus ist extrem gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern, aber dass sogar Desinfektionsmittel bereitsteht, haben wir noch nie erlebt. Schon vor unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen, denn Egon und Shab haben sich viel Mühe mit einer ausführlichen Beschreibung von sämtlichen Informationen gegeben - vom Check-In angefangen über die Benutzung des Hauses bis hin zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Weinproben und Ausflügen. Das Besondere daran ist die Ausführlichkeit und die persönliche Einschätzung der beiden. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass sich regelmäßig um den Pool gekümmert wird - das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Herzlichen Dank an den sehr sympathischen David als guten Geist im Hintergrund. Der Pool ist mit 12x 5 m ein echtes Highlight des Hauses, auch innen ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Egon und Shab haben bei Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Wir wussten die absolute Privatsphäre und die Lage des Hauses mitten in der Natur sehr zu schätzen.Wer die Ruhe und das ursprüngliche Italien sucht, für den ist dieses Haus in dieser Region genau das Richtige.

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno per il Capodanno 2023. Proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili. Location Favolosa, specie se cercate privacy e relax. Stanze ampie, pulite e molto accoglienti. Alles super..

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, v.a. der Kontakt mit Egon & Shab war herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie standen uns immer mit Rat zur Seite. Der Beschrieb des Objekts stimmte mit dem Haus überein, ausser den beiden Zimmern im Dachgeschoss. Diese haben wir nicht genutzt, da sie für uns nicht praktisch waren. Sonst gerne immer wieder und sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

BELLISSIMO POSTO

Bella casa di campagna rimodernata con un ottimo spazio esterno (con piscina) inserita in uno splendido paesaggio marchigiano. Confortevoli il piano terra e le 3 camere da letto al primo piano (belli anche i bagni e comodi i materassi). Le altre stanze (mansardate) sono, invece, soluzioni di fortuna. Massima privacy.

Lovely Villa in the Italian Marche Countryside

This is a lovely villa located in the Italian countryside Marche province. The villa itself has plenty of space and is both modern and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms and two showers, and the heat of the day can be controlled via air conditioning units located in each bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and includes plenty of spices, etc. The pool is fabulous, very new and well maintained with loungers and areas of both sun and shade thanks to the nearby trees and the large parasol. Enough sleeping and living room for up to three couples or two modest sized families. As noted, location is in the Countryside, with beautiful rolling hills of grain, alfalfa, sunflowers, and grapevines all around. You are very close to several nearby villages with groceries and great restaurants. Some lovely wineries are also not far away and the sea is close too, about 30 minutes to some lovely beaches. Communication with Egon, the owner, was great and super easy. He also provides truly excellent PDF guides to the house, nearby activities and attractions, and also nearby restaurants with his own personal dining reviews and recommendations. These are really fantastic guides! Villa was easy to find with google maps and entry was straightforward. This villa is highly recommended!

Lovely house

We had difficulty finding it but contacted the owners who stayed on phone with us until we got there. Very responsive. The house was lovely and everything work well. Very rural but that is typical of the area. I would definitely stay there again.
