Overlooking the spectacular Tuscan coast with far view of Elba and Corsica this is a very stilish cottage or villa mediterranean style in a secluded and private property surround by the green of grapes&fruits away from the crowd for an unforgettable holiday of rest by the sea.
Drive along the panoramica road around the peninsula with its beautiful panoramas only 20 minutes from Porto Santo Stefano you can enjoy the country athmosfere, relax and yoga, take a swim in the pool or a nap under the patio or stroll for a walk and wait for unforgettable sunset with a glass of wine.

Plenty of space outdoor plus bbq and wood oven to bake your pizzas.

Elegant, spacious and cosy inside with hand made cotto on the floor and hand made painted Amalfi tiles decorating kithchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms: a double with 160x 190 bed, a 120x190 bed and 2 single 90x190 each plus a 160x190 sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms with bidet&shower one ensuite, separate kitchen with electric oven and a big reception.

Tv sat/Dvd, Air Conditioned, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso.

The gorgeous Cala del Gesso beach is 5 min drive or 30 min walk, but we offer the benefit of free access to an exclusive members-only Beach Club next to Cala Piccola bay where you can really enjoy your holiday swimming or lying in the sun in a very beautiful set plus tasting the very best of local food in the bar and restaurant.

Cottage Stay

The property had a fantastic view. It was very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The beach club swimming and view was spectacular even though it was closed for the season. Emmanuela gave us some extra supplies for our visit. The place was a bit hard to find but Emmanuela was very good with directions. She was also very helpful with recommendations in the area. We would return if we get a chance!

Wonderful location incredible experience

This vila was fantastic. The location gorgeous. Well appointed with wood fired oven that we took great advantage of. Many little personal touches made this a delightful experience. I would definitely come back. The pool is great. The views stunning and the short drive through narrow Italian roads to the beach club definitely DEFINiTELY worth it. Emanuela is a wonderful super host who was most considerate and generous to provide assistance, flexibility. I felt I was staying at a dear friends secret getaway place and I look forward to an opportunity to repay the hospitality

Million Dollar View - Inflation 3 Million Dollar View

First and foremost, the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed at this amazing cottage home for 6 days and did not want to leave. The view and surroundings were AMAZING. Great location to see surrounding towns and enjoyed the local town of Porto Santo Stefano. We really enjoyed our daily drives in and out along the panoramic road. A little taste of the Amalfi coast without the HOARDS of people and density. We can not say enough kind things about our host Emanuela - kind and generous spirit and was. Thank you for the opportunity to check off a bucket list wish. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again! Susan and John - Toronto Canada

Relax massimo anche in pochi giorni

La posizione è fantastica: si gode una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla campagna della costa. La casa ispira una calda atmosfera nella quale ci si sente subito avvolti. La cura nei particolari e nell'assicurare ogni comfort è elevata, abbiamo avuto tranquillità, possibilità di relax, disponibilità di tutto quello ci poteva essere utile, compreso l'accesso al mare in un contesto assolutamente gradevole.
