The house, completed in 2012, is about 160 m2 plus 20 m2 of mezzanines, the 8 to 11 beds are distributed in 4 bedrooms, there are 4 bathrooms with wc, total air conditioning, wifi, private pool 8. 5m long, private car park 6 cars, garden (1600 m2), 60 m2 of covered terraces furnished, 140 m2 of uncovered terraces, many private and varied spaces, a lot of recent equipment in very good condition There are two kitchens: one in the house and an adjoining beach pool, both equipped. An independent laundry equipped.
the house is located in a quiet residential area on a dominant hill, facing south, facing the esterel, with a very clear view and a glimpse of sea between the mountains. the typical provencal village of montauroux is 5 minutes walk from the House. Bella vista is referenced "furnished with tourism n ° 134 by the town hall of montauroux, moreover, the house is classified" furnished with tourism 3 stars "(the tourist office of montauroux).

Booking conditions:
- For the supervised children's pool. Non-swimmers children not desired.

A lovely villa with incredible views and brilliant location. The pool area is fabulous and the kitchens and living areas have everything you could need. Plenty of bathrooms for our family holiday of 4 adults and 2 teens. Excellent communication with Laurent and Suzy, and a very warm welcome. 10 min walk to the village square and boulangeries, short drive to Lac St Cassien and aquapark/SUP/pedalos. Highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic week

We were two families (9 in total) spending an amazing week in this beautiful house. The house is in really good shape, very well equipped and have plenty of nice social areas. We got a really nice welcome by the hosts, and we enjoyed every moment of this week both in this house but also in this very nice part of France.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Montauroux verbracht. Wir wurden von Laurent und seiner Frau mit kühlen Getränken herzlichst empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht es ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight ist die große Außenküche...auch wenn es drinnen eine super Küche mit tollem Wohnbereich gibt, haben wir uns ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind super und gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und lädt zum Erholen ein. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, so dass auch einem erholsamer Schlaf nichts im Wege stand. Es war so schön, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden :o)

Tolle Ferienwoche in Montauroux

Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kids im Alter von 14-19 Jahren) hatten eine super Ferienwoche in Montauroux. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele wie der Stausee, den Robinson Plage am Meer bei Cannes, Nizza, Cannes oder Grasse sind schnell zu erreichen. Für Radsportler (Gravel oder MTB) ist die Gegend gigantisch. Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung - aus unserer Sicht top und alles da was es braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und waren für Rückfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Die Übergaben waren gut organisiert und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Liebe Grüße an sie Gastgeber.

Fantastisk sted

Lækker villa med rigtig god plads og dejlige faciliteter. Fantastisk udsigt, skønne terrasser, dejligt poolområde og byens lille torv i gåafstand. Vi manglede intet og nød opholdet i fulde drag.

Perfekter Urlaub / Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa war ein Traum. Der Empfang sehr herzlich mit Sekt / Bier / Saft. Die Herzlichkeit und Offenheit von Laurent und seiner Frau waren bemerkenswert. Die Kommunikation passte und man konnte beide jederzeit Fragen stellen. Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Sehr zu empfehlen, zumal auch die Gegend traumhaft ist. Den ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Bäcker kann man fußläufig erreichen. Alles im Allem ein sehr gelungener und schöner Urlaub! Weiter so Laurent! :-) Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wonderful villa in an amazing location...

The villa was fantastic, lots of space both inside & outside, extremely well equipped and a stunning view. The villa is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk, to local shops. Take time to have a coffee in the square before heading to the boulangerie to pick up your daily croissants & baguettes - freshly baked - highly recommended! Our hosts, Laurent and Suze, were very hospitable and helpful. We are booking for next year and cannot wait to visit again.

Fabulous Montauroux

We spent two weeks in beautiful Bella Vista in Montauroux. The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends . The pool and the outside kitchen and area was used every day . So wonderful to come home to after exploring the little towns of the Var. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house - everything we needed. Laurant and Suzes were warm and welcoming

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach alles: ein herzlicher Empfang mit kühlen Getränken, ein traumhafter Ausblick, zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, ein herrlicher Pool, perfekt ausgestattete, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, ein schöner kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Bäcker in Laufnähe, der Lac de St. Cassien um die Ecke und die schönsten Ziele der Côte d'Azur in kurzer Distanz. Was will man mehr? Vielen Dank, Laurent, für die wunderschöne Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wonderful place!

We had an amazing week at Laurent's place! The house is fantastic, the view stunning and Laurent and his wife are fabulous and very helpful hosts. The only regret we had was not booking for two weeks as time flies too fast such a place - we will correct that next time as we will for sure return.

Een heerlijk verblijf in Montauroux

Alle verwachtingen voor onze vakantie werden overtroffen. Als gastheer was Laurent met zijn vrouw bij aankomst aanwezig om een nuttige en gezellige rondleiding te verzorgen. Een lekkere 'bubbel' mocht daar niet aan ontbreken. Het zwembad, de eettafels, de ligbedden, alle (bad)handdoeken, het fantastische uitzicht (!), ALLE voorzieningen in en om het huis, de verschillende verdiepingen om te leven en te koken, overal airconditioning. Echt ALLES was aanwezig! Helemaal geweldig. Qua inrichting hebben Laurent en zijn vrouw niets aan het toeval overgelaten; ook hier zie je dat aan alles is gedacht om de vakantieganger een fijn welkom te heten. Met zijn 4 hebben wij een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad!

A fantastic villa in a great location

Laurent and Suze were fantastic hosts and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The villa is perfect with plenty of space, great indoor and outdoor areas and a fantastic view. Villa is well located with shops nearby and short journeys to Monaco, Nice and St Tropez. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

The villa was very well presented and the host was friendly and helpful. This property has everything you could wish for to a high standard and gives a home from home feel. WI-FI was very good and the pool a nice addition and important feature. The local village was quaint and had good standard restaurant a short walk away from the villa. The village is well centered and access to Cote D’Azur Nice, Cannes, Monaco and St Tropez was easy by car. Very good holiday experience

Paradiesischer Spätsommerurlaub

Paradiesischer Spätsommerurlaub im charmanten Bergdorf Montauroux. Zur Ankunft wurden wir bereits von Laurent und seiner Frau mit einem Glas Wein begrüßt und herumgeführt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos auf Englisch. Das Haus (alleinstehend) mit dem überraschend großen Pool bietet Privatsphäre, Platz und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Tal. Ausstattung von Pool und den Küchen und Terassen (Sitzmöglichkeiten auf allen drei Ebenen) könnte nicht besser sein. Einziges Manko ist das WLAN, welches zwar schnell, aber nicht an jedem Platz regelmäßig funktionierte. Bäcker und gute Restaurants (wir empfehlen das Le Marina) sind Fußläufig erreichbar.
