"The staff at the front desk and pool were not friendly. There were ants in the bedroom and when the staff were informed, they "told housekeeping". My 15 year old son was not permitted to use the hot tub even with my permission. There are few elevators and they run very slowly. Definitely not worth $690"

"Room #13 needs to be updated. The Sofa bed needs to be burned. the mattress is terrible. the door knob is hangining off the door, the security lock is hanging off the door. The room was clean but the bathroom needs a little TLC. The room is advertised as ocean view. they should advertise it as Dune View. all you see from your room is a sand dune. you cannot see any ocean, but atleast you can hear it. The beach access is great and the service is very nice. The pool was always spotless."

"Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working."
