"Waverly is wonderful. The location can't be beat, no car necessary. The apartment is beautifully kept and the host left us some lovely island treats. There is a great back porch with a wonderful view of the water, as well as a great covered front porch where you can sit and watch the island activity go by. We were so happy to have a dog with us and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. I can't recommend enough."

"The space was immaculate. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen supplies were a good amount. The heat was easily adjustable. The washer and dryer were a plus just outside the door in an entryway. The house was in a safe neighborhood to walk around and you could easily walk to downtown Mystic probably less then a mile. We would stay again if we were in town."

"Beautiful grounds, outdoor seating with a water fountain, and fenced in yard, perfect for our dogs. Inside was larger than expected, very clean and everything we needed. Only down fall would be the comfort of the furniture. The chairs were very comfy but the couch and bed we found we hard, and the pillows were very thick, it bothered our neck. Other than that we would love to go back there again soon when we could stay longer."

"The cottage was cute, clean, toasty on a cold fall night, and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage appeared to be getting some aesthetic updating, and the new windows were warm and secure. Our 2 Chihuahuas vacationed with us and loved hiking the beautiful preserve across the street as well as the Champlin Glacier preserve about 1 mile down the same road. Our hosts were quick to respond and accomodating with any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will visit again!"
