"The house is very efficient and well stocked. Everything was clean and tidy and Ric was very responsive and accommodating. The house comes with access to an HOAA beach which was a great bonus. We were four adults and were very comfortable in the house. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"Excellent location, peaceful porch swing, tidy home, nice shower. Everything we needed for a short stay to explore the area. Host was responsive and kind! Note the sofa bed for extra guest is a very typical sofa bed in terms of comfort. Living room has less privacy, does have blackout window curtains, one open door to kitchen, door between living room and bedroom is sliding style with gaps. Parking was easy. Would stay again!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved staying here with our 2 dogs. Everything was immaculate and as shown in the pics. Our dogs loved the property and had a ton of fun running circles around the house. A huge perk is that it was fenced in so we had no worries about them getting out.The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The town is very walkable with cute shops, food, and a beach. We would highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be back!"

"Very quaint cottage, we were able to walk to the Mystic Market and Sea Swirl. Very comfortable for my family of 6. Fenced in backyard, very private. Owner was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely would book again. "

"Hosts were wonderful- responded to all my questions super fast. House was perfectly clean- also totally surprised and impressed by the huge tea/coffee spread, complete with mini chocolates, no detail left out! Was here for my daughter's college graduation, all guests were comfortable and happy and we loved the water views and quiet street. Thank you!"

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this lovely three bedroom house. Nice touches throughout and had all the room we needed to spread out. Upgrades were included in bathrooms and throughout house - there is a half bath on first floor and a tub with half bath in master! Thank you for having us - enjoyed walking to mystic restaurants and shopping also ! "

"First time in Mystic, CT, the Arden House was the perfect location for our two night visit. Surrounded by a local marina, it was a short relaxing walk to Downtown Mystic for a variety of shops, restaurants and of course, the famous Mystic Pizza shop! Lovely picture opportunity while on the nearby bridge linking two towns. "My wife and I have a beautiful stay in Mystic at the Harper House #8 celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The unit was clean, comfortable and a short walk to town. Would recommend staying hear and wouldn't hesitate booking again. Bonus a king size bed but knew that going in. "

"We had a lovely experience in West Mystick at the Harbor House. The rental was lovely, clean, and contained enough of the necessary amenities. The view of the harbor was lovely. There were renters below us that had small children and at times that was very noisy. You could hear them running back and forth most of the evening.
