Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Love the house and space was perfect for us. The stocked coffee bar was a bonus. Loved getting up and having my coffee on the porch staring at the ocean and so convenient to be able to walk to town. We will definitely book again :)

Montauk 24

We rented the house for a family reunion so our mom could have all 3 of her children & grandchildren around her. It was a perfect setup. We loved every minute at this house, in the porch and the elevated deck . We plan on returning next year.

Steps from the beach and more...

Ample room for everybody, exactly what you'd expect from a beach house in Montauk. A sense of history with the house and comfort-- nothing too precious and what we needed. Kitchen was big with great pots and skillets, view was great, beach chairs super comfy and the porch was the icing on the cake!

Fantastic location, easy process

We had a great week in Montauk. You are not only right off the beach, but you end up having a large section of beach to yourself most days. The house is easy to access, has plenty of queen size beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen / cooking arrangement worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Great location!

Great location across the street from the ocean. People living behind the property were very helpful. Just a little disappointed that we didn't receive a supply of coffee for our stay. We have always been given coffee at every place we have rented.

Family Get Together Over 4th Of July

Quaint house with great location (and views) across the road from beautiful beach. Three of the five bedrooms are quite large with fireplaces and sitting areas. One is average sized and one is small. All of the bedrooms have their own 3/4 bath except the small bedroom off kitchen which has access to 3/4 bath near by. The kitchen is large and well equipped. House comes with beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes which we used a lot. Only issues with house are the bathroom door off kitchen is swollen and doesn’t close. Also, there is some noise from road in front of house but doesn’t offset the benefit of proximity to beach and wonderful view of ocean.

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

Wonderful space in a perfect location

My wife and I enjoyed the down time with walks on the beach with the beagles while my young-adult daughter and her boyfriend liked the walking distance to Montauk. We had a great half-day fishing trip too and the weather was spectacular! Can't give it six stars so settled for five. ;)

Family and friends vacation!

Celebrating Birthdays in Montaulk this week was amazing in this house! Loved this house, location and the cozy feeling sitting on the front porch watching the waves breaking on the shore.

Off season getaway

Stayed here in mid-April for a quick spring break. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is across the street. The town is about a mile away. Would definitely come back.

Great Family Getaway Weekend

We stayed for the weekend with our teens. The setup is great and well set up for your stay. Loved that we had spaces to gather and to separate- plus no competition for a bathroom! The view is stunning and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises. Would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future!

We had a peaceful and serene winter vacation with glorious winter sunsets

What an awesome vacation!! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.! The house was perfectly located for a wonderful winter get away! The rooms were beautifully appointed, most with their own private sitting areas, fireplaces and updated bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious with granite counters and gas stove which was great for cooking a large post Christmas dinner for the whole family. The ocean can be seen from almost every room!! We had such a great time that no one wanted to leave! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

Relaxing Ocean View Stay

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this well appointed VRBO property. The ocean is literally steps away and if you open your bedroom window you can be lulled asleep by the crashing waves. This rental will accommodate a family or a collection of your most favorite friends as there are four suites each with a queen bed, shower/sink, TV and fireplace. A short ride or walk from the town of Montauk. Communication with the property managers was easy. We’ll be back! Thank you for a new Hampton hideaway.

Family gathering

We stayed 10/9-10/13. This house is beyond the pictures! So beautiful and immaculate. The weather was picture perfect, not a cloud in the sky and the ocean was amazing. John met us at the house and gave us a great history lesson of the house and Montauk. Both Stacy and John were readily available with questions. We plan to make this a yearly tradition. Thank you Stacy and John!
