"Great place"

"they tell you there is a pool and hot tub but they don't tell you that its in a separate business out across the parking lot and it closes at 6 PM on weekends."

"Awful area in Butte. Many homeless. 😭 Our first room had a toilet that ran non stop. Moved to another room immediately. The sides of counters were filthy. The bed skirt was half on. No biggie right? But showed the lack of attention given to cleaning and remaking the room. On a positive, no bed bugs. However, the carpets, esp in the halls were nasty and littered with trash and food droppings. Didn't swim, but the pool slide wasn't working. Other than two gas stations, the only food available...

"The room was "clean-ish". But the bathroom needed attention. Tub was "clean-ish" but shower curtain was dirty and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser was empty and dirty (see pictures). We were just too tired from a long drive to ask to switch rooms and uncertain if a new room would be better. The staff was okay/pleasant. This place is like a 2-star motel with weekly rental type people residing at this property. Woke up to two cop cars and one of the residents getting arrested in the parking lot...

"Clean room, nice friendly staff, pool looked clean, didnt use, parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Breakfast was from 6am and was plenty to choose from"

"No where did it say “summer hours” on the water slide park and it turns out it’s closed all week and only open on weekends. So water park was fenced off, kids were unable to play. Was very disappointed."

"Property is in a bit of a transition stage, both inside and outside. Lots of construction in the area that makes access a bit awkward, and they are clearly past the half-way point of renovating the property itself. With a bit more time (weeks to a month or two), this will be a great basic property for folks that are looking for clean, safe, and convenient, but not necessarily fancy. Only criticism is that the WiFi is weak in some areas - might need to make the mesh a bit denser to get good...

"These are THE smallest refrigerators I have ever seen in any hotel room. And I have been in many hotel rooms in my life. Maybe 1.5 cu ft refrigerator? A styrofoam cooler has more room! Otherwise the amenities were good. Ms. Lexie checked me in and changed me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room. Cannot praise her enough!"

"We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The pool is so fun for my Grandkids. It has a large shallow area that is perfect with a couple of slides. I think two years ago was the last time it was cleaned. The amount of pool scum on the sides, the slides in the hot tub and in the bottom of the pool is very concerning. Not once did I see them clean. About the cleanliness, they no longer will clean your room for your stay. Only every other day. Since when! I stay in a hotel to get my bed made,...
