"Great house and quiet location but still close to downtown Helena and major roads. Main floor (ranch style) is convenient for family that cannot do stairs. Host had dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels and TP, which was super convenient. Host also provided coffee pods, tea bags and an awesome snack basket that was great for our sightseeing day trips. When we plan to visit Helena again, we’ll be hoping to book this lovely house again. "

"I came for a quick trip to Helena & wished I could have stayed longer after staying here. It was so clean, cozy, convenient and had very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The old farm house is located about seven miles out in the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. Nice quiet area. Our dog loved running around the yard. Ee had a great time."

"Great property especially for couples. Nestled in the hills yet walking distance to all that downtown Helena has to offer. Like new 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment sets above finished and heated garage. Fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower and comfy queen bed. Very quiet and private back patio with bbq grill. Made a very nice home away from home. "

"Amy and Tyler’s home was the perfect place for our family to gather for grandaughters college graduation. Just the right amount of space so everyone had their own room. Very tastefully decorated and we all commented that the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had at a VRBO. We cooked for about 25 for post graduation party on the flat top. And the view can’t be beat! Only problem was finding the location the first time…..gps told us we were at address long before we were. Finally...

"When we drove up we were concerned it was so close to a major road. But the area was very quiet and we never heard any traffic. The inside of the house is lovely with an excellent kitchen should you want to cook. Two full bath rooms and bedrooms make it an easy stay. We were only four so we did not use the spacious family room. Everything was very clean and Ericka responded to my emails about area questions. We would stay again."

"We were only here one night but it would have been perfect for much longer. The place was tidy, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy despite arriving after the office closed. Definitely would stay again. "

"Cozy, comfortable and convenient.Parking was great.It was literally minutes away from our Helena destinations.Kitchen nicely equipped for the meal prep that I performed.Host had good dining recommendations.In an architecturally interesting building.And, most significantly, there is a bike shop right across the street!"
