In a beautiful and serene location immersed in the hilly Tuscan countryside, the apartment is part of a “casale” in a 19th century hamlet that has been completely restored and remodeled inside and out. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. The whole apartment is 64 sqm (700 sq ft) and is on the second floor with one flight of stairs to access it. The kitchenette has all the appliances and cookware you'll need. There is a brand new 4K HD smart tv in the second bedroom which includes YouTube and Netflix, Amazon prime( all these available with your personal account login info)

Thirty minutes from UNESCO World Heritage Sites and Bocelli's open-air theater, and one hour from Florence, Pisa and Siena, you'll find your refuge nestled in Chianti wine country.

Enjoy peaceful panoramas from this fully furnished and equipped 2-bedroom apartment with Tuscan charm and all the amenities. Then take a dip in the pool (open from mid May to Mid October) and lounge under the gazebo.

Guests will have full access to parking, a private gazebo area next to the communal barbecue area, tennis courts, a large swimming pool (1’50 meters deep – please do not dive!), and a children’s pool and play area. Pool is open from Mid May until Mid October.

The apartment has very good air circulation to keep you cool in the summer evenings, but there are two AC units in case you need them. Free and unlimited WiFi is provided.

You will be able to enjoy your stay in complete tranquility yet very close to everything you need. The property, called “Aietta”, is located just 5 minutes by car from the town of Montaione in Località Le Mura. Montaione has two large supermarkets, restaurants, bank, and post office.

The location is very strategic, as Florence, Pisa and Siena are all one hour away. It lies in the center of the triangle made by those cities, in western Chianti (translation: outstanding wine!). San Gimignano and Volterra are 30 minutes away, as well as pretty much inexhaustible little towns with treasures to discover.

And if you come back hungry from your day trip, you’ll find a restaurant serving tasty Tuscan dishes, “Il Caminetto”, just at the top of the road.

It is highly recommended to rent a car to arrive to the location as well as to freely explore this region full of art and beauty. There is also a train station 15 minutes away at the town of Castelfiorentino that links to all the nearby towns and major cities in Italy, if you decide to leave your rental car there and use the train service.

If you'd like to do a nature excursion, you'll find trails nearby. Just a short drive away are a wellness spa and and an equestrian center – one of the best private horseback riding schools in Tuscany! Look for info in the apartment.

If you need to top up your fuel, a Q8 service station is located just to the left on exiting the property.

Si consiglia vivamente di noleggiare un'auto per raggiungere il posto, e per esplorare liberamente questa regione piena di arte e bellezza. C'è anche una stazione ferroviaria a 15 minuti, nel paese di Castelfiorentino, che collega ai paesi nei dintorni e a tutte le principali città d'Italia; volendo si potrebbe lasciarci l'auto e prendere il treno.

Se desiderate fare una gita nella natura, troverete dei sentieri nelle vicinanze. A breve distanza in auto ci sono sia un centro benessere che un centro ippico - una delle migliori scuole di equitazione private in Toscana!

Se serve carburante, c'è una stazione di servizio Q8 che si trova a Mura appena usciti da Aietta, sulla sinistra.

Potrete godervi il soggiorno in completa tranquillità. La proprietà, denominata "Aietta", si trova a soli 5 minuti dal paese di Montaione in Località Le Mura. Montaione dispone di due grandi supermercati, vari ristoranti, due banche e un ufficio postale.

L’ubicazione del casale è molto strategica, è infatti equidistante (a un’ora di strada circa, in automobile) dalle città di Firenze, Pisa e Siena, fra le cui tre province è incastonata l’area del Chianti occidentale. San Gimignano e Volterra si trovano a soli 30 minuti di strada, così come molti altri borghi ricchi di tesori da scoprire.

E se rientrate affamati, troverete un buon ristorante con tanti piatti tipici, "Il Caminetto", proprio in cima alla strada dell'Aietta.

L'appartamento è ben arieggiato, ma in aggiunta ci sono due condizionatori d'aria se doveste averne bisogno. WiFi gratuito e illimitato.

Gli ospiti avranno pieno accesso al parcheggio, a un gazebo privato accanto alla zona barbecue comune, campi da tennis, una piscina grande (di 1,50 metri di profondità - non fare tuffi!) e una piscina più piccola con area giochi per i bambini. La piscina e aperta dal 15 maggio al 15 ottobre .

In ottima posizione e immerso nella tranquilla campagna toscana, questo appartamento fa parte di un casale del XIX secolo, completamente ristrutturato. L'appartamento ha due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. L'intero appartamento è di 64 mq, situato al primo piano. L'angolo cottura ha tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli utensili necessari.
