"We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great.
