"Property was as advertised. Row house on Residential Street nicely remodeled and up to date. Street parking, but not difficult to find a nearby spot. Owner was very responsive and contacted us immediately about items we had inadvertently left behind. 2nd full bath is on lower level, shower a little small and water just lukewarm, Narrow stairs to go down to that level. "My friends and I were very happy with our stay at this quaint country getaway, along with it’s authentic 1800s atmosphere. The owner was very quick to get back to me with all of my concerns, which was very much appreciated . With All of that being said, I just want to prepare anyone that may be staying there, If you are a light sleeper or need privacy, do not take the room at the top of the stairs. "I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall.
