"I loved the layout of the room with the couch and ottoman. The lighting was great and the room was very clean. Plus I lover that you serve food and good food. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! I have been telling people about impressed I was!"

"The lady working the bar was very nice. Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful. People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"Never came across such a hotel before. It was so unclean and walked out after changing 2 rooms."

"Nice area -convenient. Clean room, comfy bed, quiet stay. Towels were a little rough maybe needed fabric softener when washing. Breakfast is a nice perk - coffee, juice, toast, cereal and a waffle maker. Saves you some $$. People are nice and helpful. They do need to empty outside trash receptacles. Not sure where all the trash comes from but anytime there's a trash can anywhere trash seems to show up. :("

"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. "My stay at the Inn on Negley was so phenomenal. The staff were so kind and the property was beautiful and very tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and care. Would 100% stay here again"
