"Janee at the receptionist desk was amazing! We had a great stay and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I look forward to seeing the reception area after the work is done. There was a woman in the breakfast Mezzanine that was very attentive and nice. I can’t remember her name."

"This hotel is a great value for the price. It’s super clean, the rooms are compact but well designed and don’t feel small. The location is convenient to both the train station, sights, shops and restaurants. The Condesa in house restaurant was excellent. "

"The parking garage was torn up and in the middle of construction. So if there wasnt a spot, youd have to drive a block down the street and hope there was one there. People would park in the middle of the roadway of the garage because they didnt want to walk in the cold and snow. Other than that, stay was great. Close to alot of things just a walk away. Just needed to brave the cold. Would stay again if we came back out that way. "

"Checking in the young lady, I believe her name was Ty. Got us squared away with our room lounge cars and explanations of the hotel. We were able to get extra towels and the Housekeeping staff was accommodating around our schedule to get the room addressed. Valet parking was a plus, we didn't have to worry about get a spot every day. Enjoyed the hotel and will look to book there if I'm back in the city."
