Room was okay. We had the queen room with the hottub. It was.. okay. The breakfast (as stated) never included a hot selection. Just a DIY waffel and frosted flakes. Great house, location was perfect, right on the river, nice grocery store just over the bridge in Nebraska, centrally located to everything we needed for pheasant hunt.
