  • En el antiguo pueblo de Monopoli, a solo 50 metros de la playa, se encuentra esta encantadora y particular casa de vacaciones: el mobiliario muy refinado de "estilo industrial", con detalles vintage simples y funcionales, le da a este loft un aire vivo y familiar, pintura Un ambiente acogedor y confortable.

    Los colores cálidos de la madera se encuentran con la piedra blanca de Apulia y se mezclan con superficies y detalles metálicos, típicos del estilo industrial.
    El apartamento alberga una gran sala de estar con un sofá cama doble, un área para dormir con dos camas más, una cocina equipada y un amplio baño con inodoro y ducha.
    Casamas cuenta con una terraza, en el mismo nivel que la sala de estar, parcialmente cubierta y equipada para el almuerzo o la cena al aire libre. La escalera exterior conduce a una espléndida terraza con vistas al mar donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse cómodamente tumbados en las tumbonas, en el fresco de las sombrillas, durante las horas más calurosas, admirar impresionantes puestas de sol y presenciar el esplendor de la luna reflejándose en el mar de Monopoli.
    Casamas es la solución ideal para parejas y familias pequeñas que desean alojarse en un centro histórico típico de Apulia sin renunciar, en verano, a darse un chapuzón en las aguas azules del mar Adriático, sino también para pequeños grupos de amigos que desean aprovechar la vida animada. por la noche entre los callejones de Monopoli.

    El apartamento está ubicado en el segundo piso de un antiguo edificio con escaleras muy empinadas, por lo que no es adecuado para personas con dificultades para caminar.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja, entrada i comunicació
The property is very centrally located and the terrace incl the rooftop is super nice. The apartment itself is pretty basic, the big minus are the beds. They aren’t really beds. It’s basically mattresses on the floor and the window of the „bedroom“ which is more like a whole in the wall goes directly into the dining area of the neighbouring terrace. It’s like someone is talking right next to your bed. Also check in at 4 and check out at 10 is stretching it a little bit.

We absolutely loved our stay in Casamas, Monopoli. A beautiful apartment in the old town. Close to a piazza (5 minutes walk) with restaurants, terraces and a gelateria. And we enjoyed the two terraces of the apartment very much. Because of the incredible steep stairs not suitable for those who have problems with climbing.

We love Casamas and helloapulgia this is the third year we have been to this apartment and used helloapulgia. A very friendly service alway there to help if help is needed. The apartment is beautiful and feels more like home than our real home does! We have just spent two whole weeks here and I believe we will be returning. We might change apartment to one of the other helloapulgia apartments just for a change. A perfect holiday in Puglia

Our stay was actually great. The apartment was clean, in order, in a great location, the terraces were amazing! I am giving it a 'fair' rating because the customer service leading up to our arrival was terrible. There was a miscommunication with one of the reps on our way to the apartment of which we take partial responsibility for, and instead of clearing it up like a professional, my guests and I were yelled at and we found it incredibly rude and a terrible way to begin our vacation. We saw an easy way to reach a solution, but it was their job to accommodate us as guests on vacation and offer a solution faster. It felt like we were being scolded in grade school! No thanks.

Good equiped, beautiful designed appt, on a Nice location in the old city. Expect a quiet place with fair views on the ocean on the perfect "sun-roof" and a clear communication with the hosts (Hello apulia). Add the extra balcony for lunch & diner, with enough furniture and your relaxed vacation is complete. Enjoy!

We stayed at Casamas in August/September and loved it. Really beautuful industrial design appartment, sort of loft style with loads of room. As a family of four with 2 daughters 19 and 14 it was just right. Although it´s all open plan - we found it suited us just fine. Huge roof terrace for dining outside.

Loved the apartment - the roof terrace especially was fantastic. Two minutes from the nearest beach, a few minutes to good restaurants. Monopoli is a lovely town. Be warned the stairs up to it are steep and narrow - would not recommend for anyone with walking difficulties or small children but we thought it was awesome!

We've had a lovely stay at Casamas. a few things could maybe a little bit better: a teapot would have been practical and some more comfortable chairs (especially when staying with 4 people) The roofterrace was lovely and being so close to the beach was great !
