"Appartamento fronte spiaggia in una location semplicemente incantevole e strategica per muoversi alla scoperta dell'isola restando fuori dal caos delle zone più turistiche. Host sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, appartemento ampio e fornito di tutto il necessario, market a 2 minuti di auto (10minuti a piedi), diversi ristoranti a portata di passeggiata. "Bitterly disappointed with the lack of communication. Understand that priorities would have been with dealing with the wildfires that we’re getting close to this villa, however two days before travelling were told via Expedia that they were not able to accept us at the property and to contact them the day before we travelled. They could not be reached via phone or emails. Have tried several emails since and still no contact. Chasing refund, I understand it was outside of everyone’s control, but...

"This was a great hotel! The staff are very polite and helpful. The resort is so incredibly clean and well maintained. It’s part of three hotels to make a resort which means you have access to four pools and an on-site shop. The main town strip is a short walk away where you can also get transport to other parts of the island. The room itself was massive, aircon included, large balcony, fridge with water, small kitchen and extra blankets and pillows. Slept incredibly well with how quiet it was....

"De accomodatie is precies zoals in de omschrijving en op de foto´s. Een zalig huis om heerlijk te genieten en te ontspannen. De gastvrouw is heel gastvrij: onze vlucht had 12u vertraging waardoor we pas halfweg de nacht toegekomen zijn, en toch werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Een absolute aanrader!"

"Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! You were a pleasure to work with."

"Wonderful villa, with comfortable inside and outside. All very well appointed. Very convenient for Kalathos beach, and only 20 minutes from Lindos. Lovely sandy beach at Agathi bay which we visited several times. Several restaurants within walking distance.We enjoyed the area very much and look forward to visiting again in the future."

"A wonderful wonderful apartment. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable bed. Enough space in the kitchen for cooking. The provision of Illy coffee pods was a lovely welcomed extra. Great comfortable balcony that gets the sun all day until sunset. "Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 4 Leuten (27-30Jahre) in der Villa. Es war sehr schön, allerdings wurde wohl vorher nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Vermieterin sowie die Dame die unsere Handtücher gewechselt hat waren sehr sehr nett!! Die Lage ist perfekt, allerdings sollte man ein Fahrzeug besitzen. Zur Not sind die Taxis aber auch recht günstig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist da was man braucht, sogar Sonnenschirme und Sonnenliegen für den Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder "

The house was centrally located to many nice restaurants and other small towns that we visited during our stay. The bed was very comfortable. And, we loved that the grocery store was so close. "Die Lage der Villa ist super! Tavernen, BeachBars, Strand, kleiner Supermarkt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut. Ausser ein Staubsauger oder Besen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben viel Zeit im und am Pool verbracht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!"
