"Loved that it was walking distance to pretty much everything in Monmouth/Independence. The studio was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed is super comfy too. Excellent communication with the property owners, and Polly and Tony were so wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely return, it's now our go-to place to stay over College Inn (ick, ptooie) for our visits to town. Thank you! "

"We had a great stay visiting our daughter for pre graduation activities. The house was wonderful with a very nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The check in process involved us needing to contact the property mgr for an access code on the afternoon of check-in. Once we made contact everything went smoothly from there. Would recommend "

"It was us our son, his wife and grow son. With all 5 of us showering daily we never ran out of hot water, and the pressure was fantastic! Daughter IL and I both have chemical sensitivity. Amanda rocked at giving us a safe clean place to stay. We even took our own sheets just in case. But we didn’t need them slept great. No lingering smell . Close to everything we needed and close to the fairgrounds where our Convention was held. all the way, thank you so much Amanda!PS,love the sofa bed too"

"Was a clean place.Parking was the only thing a bit confusing. We didn’t know it was a double rental. Cars out front of house look abandoned and yard was nothing compared to photos. But it was average."

"The perfect place for a family graduation trip! House is super cozy and in a great location. Kitchen is well set up and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We'd definitely stay here again! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything inside was clean, bed was comfortable. My mother has difficulty getting around and both beds were quite high, so we were happy to find a pull out sleeper in the couch for her. The rooms were pretty dim, even when all the lights were turned on. But this is still such a small thing and did not take away from our time. Thank you!"

"Was very relaxing and quiet. Would be a 5 on everything butttt...the parking is a little lacking. OK for one small car. The creek made things all worth it. Had business at the fair grounds...was VERY close and easy to drive to. Thanks for the enjoyable stay. Even with being a apartment, bottom floor, was very quiet. Would stay here again for sure. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We each had our own space and bathroom. The views are stunning. The house has everything you need and more. We were even provided with fresh eggs from the chickens on the property! We also got to pet and feed their horses! The house is a perfect location for wine tasting and exploring the area. "
